We are currently working with a commissioning team from a Local Authority to develop a 3 Person Supported Living Scheme which includes a respite and emergency service for individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and/or mental health needs.
The scheme comprises of three new-build 2 bedroom bungalow, with individuals having access to support staff on site.
Each property is a 2 Bed Bungalow, which have been adapted to allow for Ramp Access and a Wetroom.
A Local Authority tendering process sourcing a care provider has been completed.
