Our Team have developed this supported living service which opened in May 2017 in Gloucestershire.
The Bungalow is home to 4 adults (Male and Female’s) with learning disabilities. Each tenant has their own bedroom and share all communal areas.
The property is leased to a Registered Landlord, who takes care of housing, management and maintenance issues.
Following purchase, the environment received a semi-renovation from our Team including decorations, replacing flooring and ensuring the property met the current Health and Safety Regulations e.g. Fire Safety etc.
