Wow, we’ve only owned this property just over a week and we are already cleared of all the items left by the tenants and removal of all the items that are being replaced as part of the refurbishment. A very big thank you to 1st Run Services for all of their hard working in getting this done so swiftly, professionally and environmentally safe.
Now on to stage two….. will keep you all posted.
