TP Supported Accommodation, are very proud of our new addition to our Supported Accommodation portfolio, a leaving care service in Manchester which opened in April.
Since approached last year we worked with our Care Partners in securing and adapting the property to suit the needs of the individuals they support, the services is receiving very good feedback from the Young People and Local Authority placements team.
The property is a very spacious family home providing 6 bedrooms, a lot of living space, with a separate annex to be as semi-independent for young people who are ready to move on in to their own accommodation.
