TP Supported Accommodation, are extremely proud to announce that work on our development in conjunction with Plymouth City Council – Adult Commissioning Team, will finally get underway at the end of February, after being granted full planning permission.
The scheme is the conversion of the Rockville Park, previously a Day Service and Respite for adults with a physical disability, in to 10 self-contained apartments, 8 of which will be wheelchair enabled design (Part M). Externally the property will be landscaped and have a small garden to the front of the scheme that can be used and accessed by the wider neighbourhood.
This new development will be a great addition to the scheme, were we already have a 4 bedroom fully adapted property, being operated by Dove Project as supported living.
TPSA will be keeping a blogg of the development with some really good pictures, so please watch this space.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank, Plymouth City Council Commissioning Team their unwavering support over the past 12 months and our contractors in Whitebrick Design and Ed Coulson Build, for getting us to this stage.
