Wow, after 20 months in development we are down to the final stages before handover to our Registered Housing Partners in Lets for Life at the beginning of October, with tenants due to move in the middle of October. Local Care Provider in Havencare will provide the Support to allow all of the tenants to live independently with access to support on site 24/7.
This past week has seen visits from all of the perspective tenants, their families and Social Workers to their new home. I was lucky enough to be present on Wednesday to meet three of the tenants, all of whom loved their new homes.
It really did bring home just why we do what we do, at TPSA and how real this really is, as for 20 plus months this has been a building site and now it is a home.
