Who we are

TP Supported Accommodation (TPSA) has been established since 1997. Our Directors and staff have a longstanding care background; extensive experience of sourcing, funding and developing homes; housing law and legislation and really understand the needs of the market and the demands of commissioners for high quality and affordable housing for vulnerable adults.

Each of our schemes are bespoke – developed in line with need, so that tenants have the best possible opportunity of remaining in their homes for longer; future proofing environments; and making adaptations that can develop along with the tenants needs, preventing the need for the tenant to move on when circumstances change.

We fund all schemes directly with private finance, allowing us to develop schemes in short timeframe. We work with a large number of Registered Housing Providers nationally – allowing all the schemes we develop to meet the required Local Authority / Clinical Commissioning Group procurement processes.

Our team concentrate on providing supported living homes for individuals with a disability – from flat to bungalow, terrace to bespoke build, apartment project to fully adapted houses. This includes new build properties, refurbishments and full adaptations.

In our history we have literally done it all: guiding Tenants, their Families, Commissioners, Providers and partners, to build and develop quality person-centred homes.
