Falklands is a one-person Supported Living Bungalow in Cambridgeshire that has been renovated to meet the mobility needs of an individual with epilepsy.
TPSA purchased the property and carried out works to enable a gentleman with learning disabilities and low level physical mobility issues and epilepsy to live independently in a level accessed property with no stairs.
The gentleman moved into the property in October 2017 and is supported by our Provider Partner
Centaur Housing Association is currently the landlord of this property.
Work included the outside area being fully renovated to remove decking in the rear garden to enable the tenant to use the garden safely.
